Qualify
Any individual or Entity primarily engaged in retailing mounted or unmounted natural colored gemstones, natural Pearls, and cultured Pearls or in an industry-related business in the United States or Canada for the period of at least two (2) years immediately preceding the date on which its Membership Application is submitted to the Corporation.
You must supply at least four (4) complete trade references. At least one (1) of your references must be an AGTA member. You can find our members in the AGTA Source Directory.

Qualify
Any individual or Entity (who is not an Affiliate Retail Member or a Student Affiliate Member) primarily engaged in the natural colored gemstones, natural Pearls, and cultured Pearls business or an industry-related business in the United States or Canada for the period of at least two (2) years immediately preceding the date on which its Membership Application is submitted to the Corporation.

Qualify
An Entity must have been engaged in the natural colored gemstones, natural Pearls, and cultured Pearls industry in the United States or Canada (i) for a period of at least five (5) years; AND (ii) specifically during the period of at least two (2) years immediately preceding the date on which its Membership Application is submitted to the Corporation, the Entity both (a) has maintained a permanent office of its own in the United States or Canada for purposes of conducting commerce; AND (b) has had at least fifty percent (50%) of its sales (in U.S. dollars) in unmounted natural colored gemstones, cultured Pearls and natural Pearls at the wholesale level.
You must supply at least six (6) complete trade references. At least three (3) of your references must be AGTA Members. You can find our members in the AGTA Source Directory.
Student Membership
Must be actively enrolled in a qualified gemological or jewelry design program.
